           ปัจจุบัน  ประเพณีวิ่งควายในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จะจัดในวันขึ้น 14 ค่ำ เดือน 11 อำเภอบ้านบึงจัดในวันขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 11 ตลาดหนองเขิน  อำเภอบ้านบึง  จัดในวันแรม 1 ค่ำ เดือน 11 วัดดอนกลาง ตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอเมือง  จัดวิ่งควายในวันทอดกฐินประจำปีของวัด
